Your safety is our priority. All of our guides are certified in First Aid, CPR, and Swift Water Rescue, bringing years of expertise to every adventure. With the Middle Fork being our sole focus, we ensure every trip is led by passionate guides who have a deep connection to the river and a commitment to providing a first-class experience.

Gourmet River Cuisine

Good food is an essential part of your adventure. After a thrilling day of rafting, exploration, and fresh mountain air, you'll enjoy meals prepared by our skilled guides using Dutch oven cooking and campfire grilling. Our menu includes local ingredients and flavors, with highlights like grilled salmon, Dutch oven lasagna, and our signature fried chicken. We also offer fresh salads, homemade cookies, and delicious desserts such as warm apple crisp and chocolate brownies. Drinks are provided, including juices, coffee, tea, and a selection of wine and beer with dinner. Special dietary needs are always accommodated upon request.

Local Partnerships

We take pride in supporting our local community. Each season, we work with local food partners like Swift River Farm and Odd Fellows Bakery to source the best ingredients, ensuring high-quality meals while helping to grow the economy of small rural towns like Salmon, Idaho.

Middle Fork Camping

At the end of each exciting day, you'll arrive at our Middle Fork camp around 4:30 PM. We provide comfortable accommodations with tents set up and cots ready for a restful night's sleep. Enjoy a relaxing evening with delicious meals, games on the beach, campfire stories, and maybe a little music. Sleep peacefully to the soothing sounds of the river, recharged for another day of adventure.
